Registration fees

Senior researchers: 345 EUR
Senior researcher from non-affluent countries and early career researchers: 230 EUR
Early career researchers from non-affluent countries and master students: 165 EUR

An early career researcher is a PhD student or a person who has finished their PhD after June 2023. 

The registration fees include

•     Admission to scientific sessions and poster area
•     Coffee breaks
•     Small lunch snacks and finger food
•     Simple guided tour of the Old Town in Dubrovnik

We also plan a Conference Dinner at the Student dormitory. The additional fee for this is 55 EUR.
The dinner is planned as a buffet that also includes vegetarian dishes. If you need a vegan option or have other requirements for the food, please contact the Local organising committee by e-mail indrum2026.loc@gmail.com. We can then discuss options with the restaurant in advance.

It is important to keep in mind that accommodation in Dubrovnik is not cheap and that it should be booked well in advance (as soon as possible). 

Payment

Registration for the INDRUM conference is a two-step process:

Register on the website https://indrum2026.sciencesconf.org/registration?lang=en ("Registration" on the left, in "My Space"). You must log in to access the registration page. Registration is open from 3 November 2025 until 15 May 2026. Please also indicate your organisation's VAT identification number if possible.

Make the payment by bank transfer according to the details in the email (subject "Registration request") you receive.

After we verified your payment you will receive a second email with the subject "Registration confirmation".

We apologize because all participants will see the same registration fee in the system. We kindly ask early career researchers and researchers from non-affluent countries to send information about their status (e.g. link to their institutions web page from which the status is clear) with their confirmation of payment or request for proforma invoice.

Reference for Payment: 026

Please make sure that the transfer details include your name and the reference number 026 (if aksed for model put HR02) and that the option "payer bears all payment/transaction charges (OUR)" is applied (if not in EU and paying in EUR). Otherwise we may not be able to identify your payment or will not receive the full amount of the fee.

Please note that validating your payment can take some time.

Notes on IBAN and SWIFT: The Croatian IBAN consists of 19 digits. This may be different in other countries. Please clarify any problems with your bank. The SWIFT may also be too short. In this case you can add XXX at the end of the SWIFT: ZABAHR2XXXX.
