Accommodation

It is important to keep in mind that accommodation in Dubrovnik is not cheap and that it should be booked well in advance (as soon as possible). 

For participants who do not want to stay in the dormitory, recommended nearby accommodations include the 4-star Hotel Lero and 3-star Hotel Splendid, along with many other hotel options and a wide selection of apartments. More affordable options close to the venue include Hotel Vis and various hostels. 

Participants looking a hotel roommate for the conference, are free to fill and use information on the roommate finder spreadsheet. We provide the spreadsheet as a way for people to find each other, but we do not help match people. Please monitor the spreadsheet yourself and remove your name once you are no longer in need of a roommate.

Student Dormitory

The Student dormitory will reserve 88 rooms for the conference participants. This accommodation is equivalent to a 3-star hotel accommodation with breakfast included. All rooms are double, and the single occupancy price is 91,65 EUR, while the double occupancy price is 110,30 EUR. 

To reserve a room please follow the link: dormitory reservation. Reservations can be made for any number of days in the period from June 14 to June 20 (please first select the desired dates). For a reservation, a credit card guarantee is required and the cancellation policy can be viewed under the link “Sales policy” once the dates are selected. Payment is expected directly in the student dormitory upon departure. Single or double occupancy can be selected under “Modify date/Access code”. The access code is INDRUM26. The dormitory is located 10 minutes walking from the main conference venue.
